Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate female care assistants to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. If you have a passion for helping others and can follow care plans effectively, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist clients with daily activities such as dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
✅ Encourage clients to maintain their independence by participating in daily tasks.
✅ Follow care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
✅ Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
✅ Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns.
✅ Provide transport for clients to social events or appointments if required.
✅ Participate in training programs, including IT systems for record-keeping and home care.
Experience & Requirements
🔹 Previous experience in home care or a related role is preferred but not essential.
🔹 Familiarity with care plans and their implementation is beneficial.
🔹 Strong English communication skills are required.
🔹 A valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting clients.
🔹 Compassionate nature and dedication to providing excellent care are essential.
