About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Complex Care Carer to assist clients in supported living environments. The role involves caring for individuals with autism, emotional dysregulation, and anxiety disorders. Some clients may require structured care under a Community Deprivation of Liberty Order (DoLS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing specialized support for individuals with autism and complex care needs
- Assisting with emotional regulation and behavioral challenges
- Delivering compassionate, person-centered care
- Supporting clients with daily activities such as medication administration, meal preparation, shopping, and household chores
- Encouraging social engagement and community involvement

Who We’re Looking For
- Prior care experience preferred but not essential
- A compassionate and empathetic nature

Job Details
- Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
- Salary: £12.30 per hour
- Hours: Minimum 35 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts, Weekend Availability

Experience & Qualifications
- At least 1 year of care experience required
- Experience with autism and supported living preferred
- Fluent English required
