Job Description

Role: Care Worker (Female) – UK Visa Sponsorship
Sponsorship: Available after successful completion of a 3-month probationary period

Topline Care Solutions is a leading domiciliary care provider committed to delivering quality in-home care services with dignity, respect, and confidentiality. We provide full training, but you must have at least six months of UK care experience. A personal vehicle is required for this role.

We believe in personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs and strive to maintain the highest quality of service in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Administering medication as per medical guidelines
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with meal preparation and feeding
• Performing light household duties (laundry, cleaning, bed linen changes)
• Keeping accurate records of care provided

Requirements

• Must be in the UK and ready to start immediately
• Access to a personal vehicle is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and respectful attitude
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
• Valid UK driver’s license
