Job Responsibilities
As a Health Care Assistant, your role will include: ✔️ Providing personalised care and support to clients with various health conditions.
✔️ Following the client’s care plan while maintaining a person-centred approach.
✔️ Encouraging independence rather than fostering dependency.
✔️ Reporting feedback to the Field Care Supervisor/Coordinator.
✔️ Assisting clients with morning routines and bedtime preparation.
✔️ Supporting personal hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
✔️ Administering medication as per the client’s Medication Care Needs Assessment.
✔️ Preparing meals while considering dietary and cultural preferences.
✔️ Performing light household duties such as laundry and cleaning.
✔️ Using manual handling equipment safely.
✔️ Accompanying clients on community outings and appointments.
✔️ Providing companionship and emotional support.
✔️ Ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

✅ Must be a CAR DRIVER with a valid driving licence 🚗
✅ Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
✅ Experience: 1 year in home care (preferred)
✅ Language: English (required)
✅ Willingness to travel: 100%
