Job Description
A UK-based tech company is hiring a Computer/Mobile Phone Technician with experience in phone and computer repairs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of mobile phone hardware and software, including troubleshooting and component repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing mobile phones, tablets, and computers efficiently.
- Expert knowledge of electronic components in mobile and computing devices.
- OLED screen refurbishment (touch separation, laminating, and OCA punching).
- Using diagnostic tools like thermal cameras, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.
- Handling customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
- Managing suppliers and purchase orders.
- Providing post-purchase customer support.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in mobile phone and tablet repairs.
- Proficiency in Google GSuite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills (multilingual candidates preferred, including any EU language, English, or Urdu).
- GCSE or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery.
