Job Overview
Position: Bookkeeper/Accountant
Location: Wimbledon, South West London (Office-based)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £25,500 – £30,000 per year
Visa Sponsorship: Available after successfully completing the probationary period
JRC Capital Limited is looking for an experienced bookkeeper/accountant to join our growing team in South West London. This office-based role offers excellent career progression and a chance to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Entering purchase and sales invoices into Sage Cloud
✔️ Verifying and reconciling purchase and sales invoices
✔️ Regularly reconciling bank accounts and credit cards
✔️ Processing vendor payments on time
✔️ Creating and sending sales invoices, managing client payments, and tracking outstanding balances
✔️ Setting up employee records and managing payroll (weekly/monthly)
✔️ Preparing VAT returns
✔️ Reporting financial data to directors and team members
What We’re Looking For
✅ Attention to detail – accuracy is key!
✅ Time management skills – ability to meet deadlines
✅ Language skills – Fluency in Mandarin & English (essential)
✅ Experience – Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience preferred
✅ Software knowledge – Familiarity with Dext, Sage, and QuickBooks is a plus
