Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, demonstrate excellent leadership skills, and ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
This role plays a crucial part in delivering an outstanding dining experience by managing kitchen staff and resources effectively.
Job Responsibilities
✅ Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations.
✅ Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
✅ Supervise food preparation and production processes to consistently deliver high-quality dishes.
✅ Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and service.
✅ Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to keep the kitchen well-stocked.
✅ Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections.
✅ Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that reflect customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
✅ Address customer complaints or concerns regarding food service professionally and efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
✔ Proven experience leading a diverse team in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
✔ Strong culinary skills and knowledge of different cuisines.
✔ Excellent organizational abilities, able to multitask and pay attention to details.
✔ Familiarity with food safety regulations and hospitality best practices.
✔ Ability to work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
✔ Prior bartending experience is a plus but not required.
