Responsibilities
✅ Assist clients with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication administration).
✅ Encourage independence while supporting clients in following their care plans.
✅ Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
✅ Keep accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions.
✅ Transport clients to appointments or social activities when necessary.
✅ Use IT platforms for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
✅ Create a friendly and supportive environment that enhances clients’ well-being.
Requirements
✔️ Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
✔️ Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred but not required.
✔️ Ability to follow care plans accurately.
✔️ A valid driver’s license is an advantage.
✔️ Basic IT skills for handling documentation and communication.
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
