✅ Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 40 hours)
✅ Shifts: Days and Evenings
✅ Contract Type: Permanent
✅ Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks (Pro Rata)

Your Responsibilities
As a Community Care Worker, you will:
- Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, medication administration, etc.).
- Support daily living activities, including meal preparation and household tasks (light cleaning, laundry, and shopping).
- Use mobility aids (hoists, sliding sheets) as needed.
- Uphold clients’ dignity, autonomy, and choices while delivering compassionate care.
Who Can Apply? (Essential Requirements)
✔ Valid UK Driver’s License (both paper and card)
✔ 12 months of care experience, with at least 6 months of recent experience in Northern Ireland
✔ Proof of Northern Ireland residency & address
✔ National Insurance Number
✔ Minimum IELTS score of 4.0 or B1 level CEFR
✔ Own vehicle for work (with business insurance)
✔ NISCC Registration
✔ Complete application with full employment history since school
Work Schedule
🕖 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🌙 Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
📌 You must be available for full shifts, including both weekdays and weekends.
