Role Details
Job Type:
- Part-Time (minimum 3 days per week) or Full-Time
- Flexible schedule, Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Pay Range:
- £24,000+ for 3 days a week
- £36,000+ for full-time (40 hours/week)
- Potential earnings up to £45,000 with overtime and bonuses
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: At least 10 years of domestic plumbing experience in London (non-UK or commercial experience not relevant).
- Skills:
- Proficiency in household plumbing tasks, including shower installations, tile repairs, and camera inspections.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix central heating or hot water systems (boiler repair experience not required).
- Familiarity with carpentry, electrical work, decorating, and tiling is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Adherence to documentation and reporting protocols.
- Certifications: City & Guilds (preferred).
- License: Valid driver’s license.
- Language: Fluent in English.
