A London-based e-commerce company specialising in synthetic hair products, wigs, hair extensions and related beauty products is seeking a Business Analyst to support business operations, performance analysis and continued growth.

This role is ideal for an analytical professional who can turn business data and customer insights into practical recommendations that improve efficiency, sales and overall performance.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will analyse business processes, e-commerce performance, customer behaviour and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and support management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse e-commerce sales, product performance and customer trends.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
• Review business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Gather and document requirements from different departments.
• Support improvements to the company’s website, e-commerce platforms and internal systems.
• Analyse stock levels, product demand and inventory performance.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, finance and customer support teams.
• Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and business processes.
• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Analyse customer purchasing behaviour to support sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist with forecasting, business planning and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate reports, documentation and business process records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers when required.
• Support projects designed to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and business growth.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Work Location: On-site, London

Visa Sponsorship: Available/advertised for eligible applicants, subject to the employer and UK immigration requirements.
