About the Role

Eclectic Care Ltd. is looking for compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join its expanding team in Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

This rewarding community-based role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

You will support a wide range of clients, including older adults, people living with dementia, individuals with physical disabilities, and those with long-term health conditions.

Applications are welcome from candidates already eligible to work in the UK, as well as qualified international applicants who require Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and encourage independence wherever possible.
• Administer or assist with medication in line with training and company procedures.
• Prepare meals and assist with eating and drinking when required.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve wellbeing.
• Assist with light household duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental health.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Follow safeguarding, infection control, health and safety, and company policies at all times.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A caring, compassionate, and patient approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
• A valid UK driving licence.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travelling between client visits.
• The right to work in the UK or eligibility for Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check.

Desirable Skills

The following are advantageous but not essential:

• Previous experience in domiciliary care, home care, healthcare, or support work.
• Experience supporting people with dementia or complex care needs.
• Health and Social Care qualification.
• Medication administration training.
• First Aid certification.
