Product Manager – Visa Sponsorship Available

Job Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading AI and SaaS company developing innovative Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This role offers the chance to lead the development of a whistleblowing and case management platform used by global organisations while helping shape the future of AI-powered compliance technology.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and commercial teams across London and Bangalore to deliver innovative features that improve user experience and business outcomes. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with strong potential for extension or a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for the company’s whistleblowing and case management platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver new product features.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications for engineering teams.
• Develop AI-powered features that improve compliance, investigations, and reporting workflows.
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to communicate product strategy and updates.
• Ensure products align with the company’s long-term AI and compliance vision.
• Quickly take ownership of the platform through structured knowledge transfer from the outgoing Product Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of product development from discovery through delivery.
• Excellent technical communication skills with knowledge of APIs, databases, and software integrations.
• Good understanding of AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-powered product features.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), LegalTech, or Ethics & Compliance platforms.
• Practical experience using AI tools in product management.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Claude, v0, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
• Knowledge of whistleblowing, case management, or employee reporting systems.
