Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with daily operations.
- Supervise and mentor care staff.
- Help recruit, train and assess employees.
- Ensure high standards of resident care.
- Conduct quality audits and maintain compliance.
- Review care plans and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Nursing background.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a care home or homecare setting.
- Supervisory or management experience.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- DBS check, suitable references, and a valid driving licence.
Experience supporting older adults, dementia care, or complex care needs is an advantage.
