💼 What You Will Do
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities include:
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Helping with daily living activities and personal care
- Assisting with money management, travel training, and social skills
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and community inclusion
- Supporting emotional and practical needs
- Recording care notes using basic IT systems
