Careful Care Ltd is recruiting experienced Support Workers who are already in the UK and require:
- Skilled Worker visa sponsorship transfer
- Sponsorship renewal
- Stable long-term care employment
This is a family-run domiciliary care provider with over 15 years of experience, supporting vulnerable adults in the community.
💼 About the Role
You will support clients in their homes with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.
Key Duties:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, mobility support)
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Medication assistance (as required)
- Emotional support and companionship
- Light housekeeping duties
- Accurate care record keeping

💷 Salary & Benefits
Hourly Pay:
- £14.25 per hour (Mon–Fri)
- £18.00 per hour (Weekends)
- Up to £20.25 per hour (Bank Holidays)
