A UK care provider, True Care 247, is recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care and Outreach Support Workers to join their Children & Young People Support Team in Warrington.

This role focuses on supporting children and young people with additional needs such as autism, learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, and complex care requirements—both at home and within the community.

👩‍⚕️ What You Will Be Doing

You will provide person-centred care and outreach support based on individual care plans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting community access and social activities
• Providing emotional and behavioural support
• Encouraging independence and confidence building
• Promoting safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes
• Working closely with families and professionals
• Maintaining accurate daily reports and care records

🧠 Who They Are Looking For

Required:

• Experience in care, support work, SEN, or community care
• Patient, caring, and professional attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Flexibility and reliability
• Right to work in the UK

Bonus (Preferred):

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
• Experience with autism, ADHD, or learning disabilities
• Full UK driving licence
• First Aid, Medication, or Behaviour Support training
