They are expected to follow clearly defined procedures when collecting children, communicating with parents and completing handovers, with children delivered directly to an authorised adult or designated member of school staff.

Estodus SecureLift operates as a pre-booked transport service rather than an on-demand ride-hailing platform. Parents are therefore encouraged to arrange journeys in advance, giving the team sufficient time to plan routes and assign an appropriate verified driver.
To get started:
- Download the Estodus SecureLift app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Register as a parent or guardian.
- Add your child’s details and relevant journey information.
- Select the required date, collection point and destination.
- Submit the booking and wait for confirmation and driver assignment.
Parents are encouraged to book early, as availability may initially be limited while the service expands.
