• Collaborate with SEND teams, therapists, CAMHS, and Virtual School
• Contribute to training and design individualised learning plans
• Engage with EHCP-led EOTAS learning packages

• Qualified HLTA with special education experience
• Deep understanding of autism, SEMH, and trauma-informed practice
• Passionate about making learning accessible for vulnerable students
