Job Overview
ACE Analytics is seeking a highly motivated and organised Project Coordinator to join its expanding IT services team. This role is crucial in managing and delivering client-facing projects efficiently. You’ll work closely with the director and external consultants to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of financial, CRM, and automation-related projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in IT project management while securing visa sponsorship in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan and oversee project schedules, tasks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
✅ Provide clear and timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
✅ Use CRM and project management software (Vtiger) to organise and maintain project documentation.
✅ Liaise with external contractors to ensure tasks are well understood and completed on time.
✅ Assist in the development and implementation of financial and CRM systems.
✅ Support the creation of milestone reviews, performance dashboards, and reports.
✅ Organise meetings, coordinate schedules, and lead project review sessions.
✅ Manage workload effectively, balancing key responsibilities:
- 60% IT projects (automation, implementation, and technical coordination)
- 30% Marketing projects (CRM automation, lead generation, campaign tracking)
- 10% General administrative support
(Note: Allocation may vary based on business needs.)
Required Experience & Skills
✔ 1+ years of experience in project coordination or management within the IT sector.
✔ Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Vtiger, with experience in automation and customisation.
✔ Ability to use CRM and project management tools to organise and maintain project records.
✔ Experience in marketing-related projects (lead acquisition, automated response workflows) is a plus.
✔ Project Management Certification (Google, Microsoft, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
✔ Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team.
