About the Role: Housekeeping Floor Manager – Grosvenor Square
The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square offers world-class luxury and five-star service in the heart of Mayfair. With recently renovated suites, gourmet dining by Gordon Ramsay, and an award-winning speakeasy bar, this hotel is an exceptional place to build your career.
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Housekeeping Floor Manager to oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces while leading a dedicated team.
This role is eligible for UK Skilled Worker Visa Sponsorship (up to 3 years), making it a fantastic opportunity for international applicants looking to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Conduct inspections to ensure top-tier cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory, schedules, and training for housekeeping staff.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience & Education:
- Option 1: 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field + high school diploma or GED.
- Option 2: A two-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or Hotel Management (no prior work experience required).
