Job Overview
We are seeking a Female Support Worker to assist three vibrant and mature women with varying needs. They have distinct personalities, enjoy socializing, and have a great sense of humour. If you are lively, friendly, and outgoing, this role is perfect for you!
The ladies love going out to eat, watching films, playing bingo, attending church, and spending time with their families.
💷 Sleep-in shifts available (£62.64 per shift)

Responsibilities
✔️ Provide personal care support (dressing, grooming, bathing, etc.) ✔️ Offer companionship and emotional support ✔️ Assist with mobility and transfers (some heavy lifting may be required) ✔️ Administer medications and monitor health changes ✔️ Keep detailed records and report concerns to medical teams ✔️ Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment ✔️ Encourage social engagement and activities
Skills & Requirements
✅ Experience in healthcare or social care (minimum 2 years preferred) ✅ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification) ✅ Understanding of elderly care, home care procedures, and dementia care ✅ Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude ✅ Basic First Aid knowledge (preferred) ✅ Ability to lift and assist clients safely ✅ Fluent English skills (meeting Home Office requirements for skilled worker visas)
