Job Description
We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in our busy restaurant/takeaway. You will work under the Store Manager to ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor operations for seamless service.
- Train and support staff, ensuring high service standards.
- Maintain hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Work closely with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and order supplies as needed.
- Uphold company policies and ensure a productive work environment.
- Assist with bartending and food preparation when required.
Requirements
- Experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Bar experience is an added advantage.
- Culinary background or a degree in hospitality is a plus.
