Eligibility Requirements:
✔️ Must already be a UK resident (Overseas applications NOT accepted)
✔️ Ideally located within 5–10 miles of Redhill, East Surrey
✔️ Must have a valid UK or foreign driving licence & access to a car for work
✔️ Willing to obtain business car insurance (mandatory)
✔️ Available for early shifts (starting 7:45 AM), late shifts (from 5 PM), and alternate weekends
✔️ Willing to provide both domiciliary and live-in care
✔️ Must complete a mandatory 3-day training course
✔️ Passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
✔️ Excellent communication skills & professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Providing high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
🔹 Administering medication (after training)
🔹 Supporting daily activities & encouraging independence
🔹 Helping with meal prep, shopping & household tasks
🔹 Assisting with appointments & social outings
🔹 Offering emotional support & companionship
