Job Overview
We are looking for a female Well-being & Social Inclusion Coach to provide one-on-one community and social support to a female client who wants to become more independent and self-assured. This role goes beyond basic care—it’s about fostering friendship, empowerment, and trust.
Note: Due to the nature of personal support involved, this role is legally open to female candidates only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Encouraging the client to engage in social and community activities to boost confidence and independence.
✅ Providing emotional support and encouragement in social settings.
✅ Assisting the client in accessing local resources and services.
✅ Helping with daily activities such as traveling and attending community events.
✅ Creating a safe, welcoming, and empowering environment for the client.
What You Need
✔️ Patience, understanding, and a compassionate approach.
✔️ Prior experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals is preferred.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to promote confidence and self-reliance.
✔️ A valid UK driver’s license and access to a car (required).
✔️ Previous experience in care or social support (preferred, but full training is provided).
