About the Role
As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, ensuring the highest standards of care. You will:
✔️ Supervise and inspire a multidisciplinary care team
✔️ Maintain and improve care standards through audits
✔️ Oversee clinical practice and regulatory compliance
✔️ Lead in the absence of the General Manager
✔️ Develop care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life
What We’re Looking For
To qualify for this role, you should have:
✅ Experience working with residents with complex medical needs
✅ A strong background in clinical risk assessment and safeguarding investigations
