Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with learning disabilities in maintaining independence and engaging in social and community activities.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring vigilance throughout the shift.
- Support clients with personal care, daily household chores, and medical needs at night as required.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
- Document and report on client well-being and support plans following company policies.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience or willingness to work with vulnerable individuals with complex needs.
- Previous experience in health and social care is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Confidence in using IT for documentation and reporting.
