Role Overview:
The Civil Engineer will be involved in the Nuclear Sizewell C New Building Project, a replication of Hinkley Point C. This role requires supporting a multidisciplinary team within the civil group, ensuring high standards in safety, nuclear compliance, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate input data to ensure consistency.
- Modify reinforced concrete structure designs in compliance with ETC-C and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with designers to update design drawings and 3D models.
- Implement engineering modifications following corporate policies.
- Communicate effectively with industry professionals and project teams.
Technical Skills & Software:
- Proficiency in Eurocodes, Naviswork, and 3D CAD tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
