About the Role:
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll provide both practical and emotional support to service users, helping them maintain their independence. Your duties will include:
🛁 Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.)
💊 Supporting with medication management
🛒 Helping with shopping and meal preparation
🏠 Assisting with household chores like laundry and cleaning
📅 Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities
