- Salary: From £11.90 per hour
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Kent, UK

- Driving Requirement: A personal vehicle and a valid UK driver’s license are required

Qualifications and Qualities of a Senior Care Worker
Ideal candidates should have:
✅ A compassionate and caring attitude
✅ Strong communication and listening skills
✅ The ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Good writing skills for record-keeping
✅ Understanding of and adherence to policies and procedures
✅ A valid UK driver’s license and driving experience
Prior care experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
- Supporting with meal preparation and hydration
- Administering or assisting with medication
- Helping with mobility and transfers using necessary equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe home environment
- Escorting clients to appointments or social activities
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and following care plans
- Providing care to diverse service users, including:
- Elderly individuals
- People with mental health challenges
- Individuals with autism and learning disabilities
- Those with physical or medical conditions
This role involves visiting clients in their homes for breakfast, lunch, tea, and bedtime support, with shifts starting from 7 AM or as per scheduled visits.
