Role Requirements This opportunity is for UK-based individuals with healthcare or skilled worker visas who are looking to transfer their sponsorship to a reputable care provider. To qualify, you must:

• Be living in your own accommodation near the job location.
• Hold a valid UK driver’s license (or a license from your home country if you’ve been in the UK for less than a year).
• Have previous care experience and confidence driving in the UK.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide personal care (e.g., dressing, toileting, bathing) and support with daily living tasks.
• Assist with medication management and mobility aids.
• Report significant health or situational changes to the Registered Manager.
