Position: Child and Family Mental Health Worker (Band 5)
Location: Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, Thatcham, UK

The position is based in Lower Henwick Farm, Thatcham, with additional coverage in Wokingham and Reading. This is a great chance to work within the CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) Specialist Community Teams.

- Experience working directly with children, young people, and families.
- Familiarity with risk management and needs assessment.
- Ability to work independently in community settings.
- Strong IT skills for documentation.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of attachment theories and therapeutic approaches like CBT and DBT.
- Experience in managing parenting education groups and psychoeducation.
- Work experience in NHS CAMHS or Tier 3/4 interventions.
